IL-10 Assay Kit
Interleukin 10 (IL-10) is a key anti-inflammatory cytokine that plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokine production. It is primarily produced by regulatory T cells and macrophages to prevent excessive immune activation and tissue damage, helping to maintain immune homeostasis. Conversely, tumor cells can exploit IL-10 production to evade immune surveillance, contributing to immune suppression in cancer.
Simoa® IL-10 Advantage PLUS (Product # 105259) Assay is an ultrasensitive IL-10 assay kit that enables quantification of IL-10 at sub-picogram level, enabling deeper insights into immune activity in inflammatory conditions and oncology. Featuring lot-to-lot consistency, this assay ensures reliable performance across large-scale and longitudinal studies, providing reproducible and high-quality data.
For multiplexed analysis, IL-10 is also included in the Simoa® Cytokine 4-Plex A (C4PA) Advantage PLUS Assay, which simultaneously measures IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α, offering a comprehensive cytokine profile for a broader understanding of inflammatory pathways.
